Mad Muks is a post-apocalyptic adult visual novel about surviving a wasteland packed with psychopaths and perverts, where the line between threat and partner blurs depending on the day. Stay alive, or get put to work.

3DCG renders, animated scenes, and a dystopian-setting tone carry the look, with BDSM, female domination, footjob, big-tits design, interracial, combat, and humiliation content all factoring into the encounters along the road. Futa/trans sits at the center of the kink stack.

The premise leans into Mad Max energy without taking itself too seriously, but the wasteland setting earns its hostility.
