RPGM Curse of the Underdark

Curse of the Underdark is a fantasy adventure visual novel about a powerful curse turning women into futanari, originating from a Dark Elf who read a forbidden book and infected her family, then everyone near them. The curse spreads beyond the underdark into surface monster-girls and women, including Queen Katselia herself.

The 2DCG art and 2D-game mechanics carry the look, with female domination, futa/trans, lesbian, monster-girl, bestiality, group sex, and big-ass, big-tits character design layered into the encounters. The premise treats the curse as both threat and opportunity for the protagonist to navigate.
